Bloomberg Equality Summit

This event will be rescheduled for Fall 2020. Please check this page for updates.

Equality is the single most important ethical issue businesses today need to face head-on. Creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce – to serve an increasingly diverse consumer base – are also vital to the success of virtually every business operating today.

The Future of Equality

As the UK leaves the European Union and populism permeates political discourse across the globe, the time to ensure that diverse and inclusive policies are safeguarded is now.

The threat to equal opportunity and inclusion in society and the workplace is real and in urgent need of our attention. That’s why our theme for 2020 is Now or Never: Action and Leadership in Our Age of Disruption. We find ourselves at a significant crossroads where failure to stand up and take responsibility now for advancing equality could result in serious roll-backs to our rights.

With so much at stake, Bloomberg will convene the second-annual Bloomberg Equality Summit in London. This preeminent forum for corporate executives and thought leaders, anchored in a full-day conference, will foster forward-looking conversations and spotlight influential leaders who are paving the way to advancing equality.
