What defines a successful leader?

A successful leader is someone who has vision, can set the right objectives and motivate the team to collectively achieve those goals, while creating an environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Culture and talent are important to any company’s success. How do you engage and inspire your workforce?

Communication is essential. The team needs to understand the objectives and see the path forward, knowing that effort, teamwork and innovation are always appreciated.

Innovation and disruption are reshaping industries every day. What do you see as the number one game-changer facing businesses today?

The world is becoming increasingly mobile, with online banking, eCommerce and access to social media and data all requiring secure identity verification. Boloro sees its unique authentication process, which is separate from the Internet and the Operating System, as a game-changer across all industries.

Challenges abound in today’s fast-changing business environment. What keeps you up at night?

I’m constantly trying to get Boloro’s authentication process in front of governments, banks, eCommerce providers and others worldwide, as fraudsters become increasingly more sophisticated. We’re awake at all hours!
